Energy Centre is the founder of SophroKi Sophrology Centre, and is based in Switzerland. Our aim is to actively improve the health and quality of life of everyone who trains with us, from individual clients and students to groups and corporations.

About Dorna Revie
Dorna Revie is the founder and consultant for SophroKi Sophrology Centre, a renowned Sophrology and complementary therapy center based in Switzerland.
Dorna Revie pioneered the use of Sophrology in the English-speaking world, having taught the technique since 1990, and founding SophroKi Sophrology Centre in 2006. Dorna studied for many years with Prof. Alfonso Caycedo, the creator of the Sophrology method, Dr Raymond Abrezol, the creator of Sophrology for sport, Claudia Sanchez and Ricardo Lopez, creators of Sophro-Ludique and Sophrology for children and many other Sophrologists from different schools of Sophrology. Dorna designed the Swiss SophroKi® method – an enhanced method, combining over 30 years of Sophrology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and energy work. SophroKi® translates as ‘energy in harmony’. Dorna now works as a consultant for SophroKi Sophrology Centre, after a long and distinguished career, with qualitfications including an adult education teacher, a Reiki and Karuna Reiki master, Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) trainer, Bio-resonance therapist, hypno-therapist, 4D medicine practitioner, shamanic practitioner, Investment in Excellence trainer and Motivational coach. In 2012 she traveled to Japan to visit the memorial to Mikao Usui near Tokyo, and Mt Kurama near Kyoto, where Mikao Usui first encountered the Reiki energy. |
