Course Details

  • Weekly classes: 4 times 8 classes (2hrs each class) taught by one of our teachers in our online classroom.  The classroom is video conference style where we discuss, chat, learn and practice sophrology exercises and theory.  Although, the participants are attending from many countries around the world, it really feels as if we are in the same room.
  • Residentials: 2 times five day residential training in Thermalp, Ovronnaz, Switzerland
  • Daily personal training of 15 mins to 20 mins, with write-ups.
  • Training materials including online interactive platforms where you receive your weekly programme including class notes and audio of the week's exercise.  You then upload your daily write-ups and home study projects for supervision with your teacher.
  • 2 work projects - one during the course and continuing after the course with supervision so that you are fully confident in your abilities as a sophrologist when you receive your diploma.
  • Certification is given after completion of exam and work projects.
  • You will be qualified to set up your own Sophrology Practice on receipt of your Diploma
  • The certification is recognised by the International Sophrology Federation.
