Designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable, this series of 4 short workshops is a great way to experience Sophrology. These group workshops last 1 day, and focus on:
  1. Sophrology for Sleep Problems
  2. Sophrology for Emotions
  3. Sophrology for Intuition
  4. Sophrology for Self Confidence



Workshop Details

Each workshop is run in a small group setting, and focuses on a specific area of your life that can be improved through simple Sophrology exercises. Take 1 workshop or all all 4 of them to receive a discount!
