Individual video Sophrology Sessions Online

There are 6 easy steps to video online sessions:

Here is how it works:

We decide on a convenient time for the session

I invite you, by email, to a video sophrology session

You click on the link in the email

You pay for the session through Paypal

You receive an entry code to the sophrology session

On the day and time of the sophrology session:

Sit down in front of your computer

Make sure that your phone is turned off and that you will not be disturbed

Have a paper and pen

Click on the email link and enter the code for the Sophrology session

You will then see a video of me (I son-t need to see the client, however, if you have a computer camera and would like to use it then I will be able to see you too)

What happens during the session:

I will talk with you

Give you some mind body exercises to do

We will do a sophrology exercise together

I will send you a recording of the exercise so that you can practise it at home

The following session, usually one or two weeks later:

We will talk about what you discovered from doing the exercise each day

I will ask you about how you are now

We will do some more exercises

We will do a Sophrology exercise that I will send you so that you can practise at home

I recommend that we do one session together to make sure that you like doing Sophrology and then, you can decide to either pay for one session at a time or buy a course of 6 sessions either at one week or two week intervals.
