Sophro-Ki® Sophrology Practitioner Course
24 days within 2 years + 30 hrs supervised training (6 modules of 4 days at approximately 3 monthly intervals)
Daily personal training of from 15min to 1hr with write-ups
Training Manual and CDs
Certification is given after completion of exam and work project
During the second part of the this course you will be expected to run classes and give individual sessions.
On receipt of your certificate you are entitled to set up your own Sophro-Ki® Sophrology Practice.
The course includes the following:
Sophrology In-Depth: Learn how to teach the 4 dynamic Sophrology relaxations and their associated techniques to your own students or clients.
The course includes the following extras:
Sophro-Ludique : introduction to Sophrology taught through games and playing (especially beneficial for teaching children)
Sophro-Coaching : individual coaching sessions using sophrology
NLP techniques combined with sophrology for powerful therapeutic and coaching interventions
External specialists in various disciplines relevant to health and well-being
